Philosophy
I am driven by core values to give back to my community by providing leadership for local issues in the legislature. Entrepreneurial government is a great term to describe the vision I have of my role as a legislator. This kind of government demands a high degree of collaboration among its members. It requires innovative ideas for serving people efficiently and within the limited scope of civil government. Innovative government depends upon the self-governing capacity of citizens. High citizen involvement yields more effective government and greater opportunity for individuals. This is the kind of government that will help us move toward a better Oregon.
